We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please contact and let us know. The chat box messages come directly to me. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be an additional charge for every 10 minutes late prior to the appointment, applied to your final service charge. If your more than 30 minutes late with no contact, your appointment will be reopened or given away to another guest.
