I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic things in place to ensure everyone enjoys their BbT experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

- Confidentiality -

During a hair session, it can be long hours and lots of conversations will take place, please note I take pride in keeping any conversations while in my chair confidential.

- Respect-

Treat others as you would want to be treated.

- Good Hygiene-

I understand some people come get their hair done right after work, but please do a quick wipe down before your appointment if needed. I keep spare toothbrushes and tooth paste for hard times. Be considerate of others around you.

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please contact and let us know. The chat box messages comes directly to me. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be an additional $7 charge for every 10 minutes late prior to the booked appointment. It will be applied to your final service charge. If your more than 30 minutes late with no contact, your appointment will be reopened or given away to another guest.

Yes, unfortunately life happens when we least expect it and it leads us to be forced move around our calendar plans and that is perfectly okay. We are very understanding and here to work with you.

As you did pay your deposit for your appointment, it is only fair that you are able to reschedule to a later date with no extra cost and you are correct. You can definitely do just that! 

With the deposit paid, you are able to reschedule your appointment up to 5 weeks (35 days) from your original appointment. If your appointment isn't made within that 35 days, you are required to make another deposit.
